Annual Accounts

Please note that as a director of a Limited company you should be aware that accounting standards are continually changing and although Companies House and the HM Revenue & Customs may accept accounts you prepare, you may not be complying with your duties as a director under the Companies Act by not having these accounts presented in accordance with up to date accounting standards.
